This scale 1:1200 model of the Santisima
Trinidad has the sail set 'Topsail & Jib'
The gun port lids are fully open and show the interior colour, painted a
slightly lighter shade of red as the paint here would not have been as subject
to the elements.
The Santisima is known to have been this
colour at the Battle of Trafalgar.
Reference books indicate that she was painted the more usual yellow/buff
colour prior to this battle.
